Ni'wa from Rick Rocket in the 21st Century 2

   When we last left our hero, Rick Rocket had just rescued the beautiful Dark Galaxian slave Ni'wa from the clutches of the Dark Emperor Ral, and escaped planet Z! She now joins our heroes aboard the improved XK-1A Rocketship, with the help of Rick's friends and trusty crew, Doctor X and the boy robot TIMM3!

    But Rick Rocket and friends do not yet realize that the Dark Emperor Ral has already repaired his powerful Cosmo-Screen and even now watches as they journey to free the slaves on Dark Galaxia IV. Enraged by the theft of his slaves from his own palace, the Dark Emperor Ral has ordered General Doo'm to set a trap for our heroes on Dark Galaxia IV!

    What dastardly fate has the Dark Emperor Ral in store for Rick Rocket? What grotesque plans does he have for the freed slave Ni'wa!? Will our heroes be able to overcome Dark Emperor Ral's genius before the entire universe is enslaved?!

Yes, she has a short tail.  I was also thinking about horns but Champions Online couldn't do it like I wanted.  I wound up liking the dark green stripes and the purple head thing though, might keep that for the design.  If I draw it out I will probably go a different way with the shoulders, arms, and some of the torso.  Kinda like the legs and helmet style though.  Still, props to Champions Online for their flexible character customization.
